ODBC Issue

  From Microsoft Access I did an ODBC and got a table from a financial software but when I access the file it all shows #DELETED.  We thougt it was the version of Access so I had the older version from 2007 to 2000 installed on my pc.  But the result is still the same.  What could be the problem?
