CRM 2011 Email Router Error RRS feed

    We are using CRM 2011 Email router with a forward mailbox configuration on an Exchange server. For the most part the email router works, except for it leaves some messages unprocessed within the forward mailbox (doesn't delete them, just leaves them). And looking at the event logs, it seems this is the error:

    #17174 - An error occurred while validating the e-mail message with subject "emailsubject" in mailbox forwardmailbox@company.com . System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse() at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.HttpDavRequest.SubmitGetCommand(HttpWebRequest httpWebRequest) at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.HttpDavRequest.RetrieveAttachments(Uri[]& uris) at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.ExchangeWebDavConnector.RetrieveAttachments(ExchangeEmailMessage emailMessage, ArrayList& attachmentList) at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.ExchangeEmailMessage.GetAttachments() at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.ExchangeEmailMessage.ValidateMessage(Boolean isForwardMailbox) at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.ExchangePollingMailboxProvider.ValidateMessageInternal(EmailMessage emailMessage) at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.CrmPollingMailboxProvider.Run()

    I have searched the forums, and seen some messages that are close to this...but none quite the same. I thought it might be something on the Exchange server itself but wasn't sure. Any ideas/avenues to explore?
