OCS 2007 Nortel CS1000 Intergration

  Hi,

  We are currently integrating our OCS and Nortel PBX. The users have a pbx deskphone, an oc client on pcs and polycom ocs deskphone. We have the following working

   

  1. When a user calls from external using a ddi the following rings together..

   

  pbx phone

  ocs pc client

   

  (strangely the polycom phone does not ring)

   

  2. When a user calls extension from pbx phone the following rings..

   

  pbx phone

   

  3. When user calls extension from ocs client or polycom phone the following rings..

   

  pbx phone

  ocs pc client

  polycom phone

   

  From the above we cant figure out why the polycom phone doesnt ring for the user when oc client rings.

   

  Step 2 above is strange that only the pbx phone rings as I would have expected the same endpoints to ring as would when the ddi is called

   

  Step 3 everything works as expected.

   

  The presence functions work perfectly. i.e. when I make a call on the pbx phone the oc client shows as in a call

   

  Any help much appreciated
