Having Sandbox issue: No Storage Mounted error with Cloud Shell

Trying to do some CosmosDB learning modules with Sandbox exercises. Was able to create DB and resources through the Portal, so Sandbox is set up and working OK. Except cannot open Cloud Shell-- says no Storage Mounted so can't persist files. When using Concierge subscription (only choice), there are no permissions to create storage. Throws an error and then dumps out of shell when you dismiss. What gives? Can't do much in this training without a shell. Appreciate any help!

With the Sandbox subscription, I guess you won't have access to all the services.

You can report the issue using links in "Report feedback" section in below. Otherwise best is to create a free trial account and play with services to learn. That's what I personally do.
