TROUBLE WITH RENEWAL RRS feed

  • My first year of OneCare subscription just ran out, so I purchased a new retail copy of OneCare. I uninstalled the old and then installed the new. After installing, it still says I am AT RISK because I need to renew. On the website, it will not let me renew with the Product Key (25-digit) that came in the new version I just bought.

     

    Please HELP!

  • When trying to renew with the new key, what happens when it won't let you use the key?

    Are you typing the key exactly as it appears on the sticker?

    Since your previous subscription expired, you could activate with a new LiveID and use the key if the renewal process is broken for you, but the key is good.
