CRM 2013 online trail version-plug in registration error RRS feed

    I have created one basic plug-in it's working fine on premiss..

    same plugin i registed in sandbox mode in CRM online trail version 2013

    I am getting the Business Process error "An error occured. Contact a system administrator or refere to the crm sdk troubling suit guide"

    Error log:

  • Hi,

        Few things to check:

    1) Is plug-in referring to any other assembly while on-premise? As this would need to be included in the same assembly or use ILMerge to make one dll file.

    2) Is there any other local resources being utilised for the plug-in while on-premise?

    3) What mode the plug-in was registered in while on-premise?

       As the plug-in needs to be in sandbox mode for online, there are some restrictions that might cause this issue. Here is the article which explains each:

  • Hi

    I have registered in sandbox mode only

    plug in registration was successfull..

    but the thing is functionality is not working and am getting the above  error which i have mentioned log file also

    how can debug sandbox box

    ?

    actually i tried load Entitycount.dll

    in new_praticpant entity with create operation..

    but it's taking by default as activityFeeds.plugins.activityclose...

    now even i unregister the plug-in still am getting the same errror

    can you pls guide me on this
