    Purchased above software from Staples.  One year subscription covers three PCs.  On installing in my PC I only got a 90 day subscription.  What's up?

    Installing OneCare is step one. Activating your subscription using a LiveID starts the subscription. OneCare is a subscription service. When you buy a retail copy, you are able to activate with the retail key.
