I am adminstrator on my computer, but my computer thinks I am using a guest account.

  I looked this up and found out this is a common issue among windows, I tried everything, but I can't download anything nor can I use CDM as an adminstrator. I am limited to my browser and wordpad and thats about it. This has become such a burden now because I can't download or install things I need. Please help.

  I use a Windows 8.1 operating system
