    Dear Forum Members:

    I am trying to locate the "Collection 8912" Reading Materials (i.e., the Chapters). Have a limited budget and cannot afford to purchase the E-Learning Course.

    I have purchased the Working with Dynamics CRM 4.0 Book (Mike Snyder), but really need the Chapters written by Microsoft. I also want to access the free E-Learning Sessions related to CRM 4.0 Customization. The free E-Learning Sessions related to CRM 4.0 Customization seem to have vanished.

    Hi,

    I have to say Mikes book is great, so you won't go far wrong with that. It follows a similar format, going through the same information.

    You also have many resources on the internet for the various parts of the system, so I wouldn't get too hung up on not having the actual 8912 info.

    I took the exam a couple of years ago, and it's not to hard if you have a good working knowledge of the system.
