Windows 7 Ultimate suddenly saying not genuine RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a Toshiba Satellite A300 (very old) originally came with Widows Vista and I purchased Windows 7 Ultimate (64 bit Service Pack 1) as an upgrade. This was several years ago and have had no problems with it until today when I turned the machine on and in the bottom right corner of screen it says that windows is not genuine followed by a pop up window requesting I validate. I have tried to find information and a solution online and am still confused. I have run the diagnostic tool a copy of which I tried to paste below but apparently my account needs to be verified first. I hope you can help.

    Kind regards
