Select "Start Backup" and nothing happens

Question
-
When attempting to perform a backup, after selecting files to backup I go to the "Start your backup" page, I select the "Start backup" button.
I can see the light on my external drive (where I am trying to backup ) blink one time and after about 15 seconds, the "Start backup" button is active again and nothing has happened. I have played around and tried several different things and nothing changes, everytime I try to backup, it does not do anything.
Has anyone experienced this problem?

As suggested by Steve, contact the help.
But I think you are not in beta, as selecting files before start backup page is not there in beta windows. everything is moved to configuration page.
Thanks,
Kumar.
