My Live one care

  I purchased this service about 3 or 4 months ago.
  But for some reason it one morning that i turned on my computer it said that my service had expired.
  But that couldn't be being that i had only purchased it 2 weeks ago. And so i went to the live oncare page and did what the page said to do, Which told me to uninstall this service and reinstall.
  But when i tried to reinstall it failed. Can someone please provide me with some help as to what i might have to do. or atleast can i get my money back?
