    I have two problems  i dont speak to much english and i have problem with the activation . i read everything  in this forum but nothing help me .. when installed vista left the product key blank and now my computer is blocked. i try to change de  product kay but  the pc says this  the product kay yo have entered will not work whit this edition of windows vista .

    you must either run windows vista  set up or entered windows vista  home premium product key..

    please i need help  i have my ID but i dont now what to do with  that...

    It looks like you've installed the Home Premium version of Vista, but your product key is intended for another version.  Unfortunately, that means you'll have to run setup and choose the version for which your key is intended.  If you reinstall and enter the product key when you do, the right version will automatically be installed.  Thanks!

    Please go to your System Properties panel (which you can access by right-clicking on Computer in the start menu and choosing Properties) and click on the blue "Change product key" link at the bottom of that window.  Then try entering your product key there.

    i reinstall the window vista i put the 5x5 but again the same problem.... but  now  say:the window vista home basic product key you typed is invalid for activation
