    Ok, thank you for the free software "Microsoft Fix-It Center". I now will have to post my issue at another forum. "An error occurred while troubleshooting:" "... wizard cannot continue"

    I`m having the exact same problem Deurasian. I`m just trying to solve my laptop hassles with 'fix-it' and nothing will run. Crazy stuff when the troubleshooting won`t work. What should I do next? I hope someone can help this Grandma with a solution soon ;-(
