Other than the xbox support site how else may I contact someone with my problem? RRS feed

    I have asked for assistance with a question regarding returning my xbox for repairs.  In reply I only get suggestions on possible remedies ( which clearly are not the issue ).  What I am asking is, do I need to send my xbox in for repairs at my expense, but no one responds with a yes or no.  Clearly one of the solutions that are suggested is to send in the xbox but it is not clear to whom will assume the cost for this.  Where would I be able to find this out sans calling the 1-800 #?
