"You may be a victim of Software counterfeiting"

  Good Day
  
  I am receiving the following error : You may be a victim of software counterfeiting"
  
  My Windows XP SP2 would not boot and I did a Repair install. I entered the correct WIndows validation code and the machine booted up.
  Everything appears to be working (except for Outlook 2003), I get this notification and follow all the steps but it wont validate the Windows
  
  How do I go about validating the windows??
