401 Speaker Recognition Service

Question

Trying to setup and use Azure Speaking Recognition service.

Getting this error.

    "message": "The Create Profile Operation under Speaker Identification API is not supported with the current subscription key and pricing tier CognitiveServices.S0."
  }
}
