      I installed Office 2003 Pro  approx 13 months ago. Due to several problems on my PC, Office had to be uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Problems included 'crashes' which MS recommended that all recently installed progs be reinstalled, also HDD corruption which resulted in replacing HDD with a new and larger version. Contact with MS Forum in Aug-Sept 2005. Also assistance from MS Australia to reinstall Win XP Pro SP2 and assist with office installation at a cost of $50.  Now I can't get validation and responses from MS Support say that updated records at MS show that the Office 2003 Pro has been installed too many times and the Product  Key is now blocked.  All the uninstalls and reinstalls have taken place on the same PC.  Can you advise?

  • The copy of Office you are using is not genuine, and is a volume license key for a corporation that wanted the license blocked. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but I would reocmmend heading to the original purchase location to get the issue resolved.
