Does Dynamics CRM App for Android Work with Dynamics CRM Online? RRS feed

  • I've signed up for a 30-day trial of Dynamics CRM Online, added users and assigned them to Security Groups, installed the Dynamics CRM for Android app on an Android MiniPC, logged in with the Administrator account and see only a blank screen.

    Is this expected behavior?

    If yes, what's next?

    If no, what should I see?

    I notice that when I log into the account with a browser, I see a "Please select your base currency" page. Clicking the Configure CRM button with the default US$ selected does nothing (i.e., doesn't save the change.) The same happens in the dashboard's configuration process. I've started a separate thread on that issue.

  • Dynamics CRM App for Android works with Dynamics CRM Online. Your problem is (as far as I can tell) not related to the mobile app, but to the fact that provisioning the trial is not working properly for some reason.
