Polycom CX-700 phone one-way audio issues across WAN and security certificate problems RRS feed

  • Hello folks,
                    I have a couple of Polycom CX-700 phones deployed across the WAN (OCS is in headquarters). I am experiencing one-way audio issues.  MOC clients on the same subnet on either side of the WAN do NOT experience any audio problems.
                     Another issue: When I import the security certificate on the Polycom CX-700 from my USB memory stick, I would think that it would be stored permanently on the phone. Unfortunately after a reboot, the phone loses the certificate and I have to start from scratch.

    Wondering if anyone else has experienced the same issues before?
