  • Hello MyPCIsSucks,

Right now your HP Pavilion laptop computer has a nongenuine Volume Licensing installation of XP Professional installed, and this installation was done with an Invalid Volume Licensing product Key.

Also, your computer has a nongenuine Volume Licensing installation of Office Enterprise 2007 installed.

Do you have Certificates of Authenticity (CoA) for Windows and/or Office?

The CoA for Windows would normally be affixed to the bottom of the laptop, or maybe inside the battery compartment on newer laptops.

Office CoAs would be located with the product packaging.  Retail packages for Office 2007 have the CoA on the outer top surface of the clear plastic clamshell package, and OEM packages of Office 2007 have the CoA on the back of the heavy paperboard plain white CD sleeves.

Please let us know the versions and edtions of Windows and Office printed on the CoAs.  But, do not post product keys that may be printed on the CoAs.
