I've been using it fine for maybe 6 or 7 months, everything is official, I'm pretty sure I bought it off amazon (computer was a gift). Here's my report. I just updated two days ago and thats when the error message started to appear on boot and windows defender says it will self disable in 30 days. Help please?!

The product key in use is the blacklisted Lenovo OEM SLP key. This key was blacklisted before windows 7 was released and has never been sold. Your install was done using a hackers loader program.
You will have to purchase and install a genuine windows.

"I've been using it fine for maybe 6 or 7 months, everything is official, "
In point of fact, NOTHING about this copy of Windows is official.
To add to George's comment regarding the banned Lenovo key, this is a factory installed copy of Windows
Windows Product ID Type: 2
Windows License Type: OEM SLP
that could not have been installed at the factory because the computer has a retail motherboard that was built on May 19, 2009

two months before Windows 7 released to manufacturing (July 24, 2009).
In addition, this is a custom computer which purports to have a BIOS table for a Hewlett Packard.

SLIC-MPCThis copy of Windows is as phoney as a three dollar bill. You did not buy it from Amazon. You might have purchased it from someone in the Amazon Marketplace but not from Amazon.
