hi, microsoft staff
i am patrick murioki from kenya
in 2009 i bought a laptop with windows 7 installed on it i used for 2 good years in 2012 it started asking for validation keys which i was not provided with. subsequently the optional windows update stopped my laptop started performing very slow for lack of windows update. in 2014 my laptop when I start up the laptop IT deemed and IT only ask for validation online.
so i kept aside for sometime after 2 years i resumed using it when you start it up now allows to open as normal and operate normally but with existing problem of windows validation and no windows update now its even worse than before.it works 99 percent slower.
now please i want to solve this problem and move free with hassle.please advice me what to do either to buy another new genuine windows 7 or how to make it efficient because it disappoint me deeply.please advise me what to do and if i will buy another one please provide me with the trusted source to buy it i am looking forward for your response
yours
patrick

Consider purchasing a modern new laptop PC, such as the Lenovo Z50-75 Signature Edition Laptop which comes with Windows 10 preinstalled.

To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool
(download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.x
- in your own thread, please
Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!
