Windows Media Player - Downloading Videos off Net

Question
-
My children got me a new pc for Christmas. I used to have a 8 year old Windows XP version. Whenever I would download a video off the net, a box would open called the Download Folder. From it I could right click on the file and open then file location. Then I could delete it from computer or save it to watch again. This new version does not have that box. Also on the right side of my old Windows Media Player the video that was playing was listed in the Playlist. Once again I could right click on the file to open it's location. This new version doesn't do either. When I close out of the Media Player, I don't know where that video is going. Is it stored somewhere? It's not under the Media Video Library. HELP!
