    System is Windows XP V5.01.2600, SP3.

    Trying to speed things up after cleaning with CCleaner, including Registry.

    Downloaded MATS_Run.performance.exe.

    Attempted to run and received message:

    An error occurred while loading...

    The diagnostic solution encountered a runtime error.

    The command line argument is invalid.
