    In MS CRM 4.0  Issue with date fields in reports showing both date and time.  eg.  Take estimated closed date field in opportunity area, this is a standard field.   You can modify options under edit field attributes to only display the date but when you run reports using this field, both date and time show up.    Is this a bug?

    I wouldn't say this is a bug, as the field is of type datetime, and the CRM display option only affects the display in CRM. When writing reports it is your responsibility to control the display format of a field, either through the SQL Concert function, or through the Format property in Reporting Services

    Dear,

     

    you can use business intelligence to update date field as per your requirements, drop the date attribute and see the properties, where you can change display of date.
