    Dear All,

    I'm quiet new to CRM and I was wondering you someone could help me out find a way to Migrate the BCM 2007 database to the CRM 4.0. I've looked at multiple post but couldn't find any info. I've already tried (unsuccessfully) the Microsoft Migration tool.

    Is there an alternative software? way to do it easier?

    TM,

     

    If you have a look the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Data Migration Manager

    It has a template(source) for BCM(Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager) to CRM4.0 data migration.

    Is there a way to export BCM 2003 data to Excel to be imported into MS CRM without using the Migration Manager?
