Remote Access Legality

  I was recently promoted in the company that I work for and suspect that a couple of the people that work for me, are doing things that they shouldn't be doing. I was thinking of watching them remotely but aren't sure if that is entirely legal or would stand up in court if I do catch them. Anyone have any information?
