Why can't I install The Fix It Center tools.? RRS feed

    input string was not in a correct format pops up when i try to install any of the tools. So how can I fix anything at all?

    Dear customer,

    This error message may indicate a transient issue. Were you able to get past the problem when you retry a couple of days later?
