Hi,
A single CRM 4.0 User randomly but often gets the error message,
'There is a problem communicating with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server. The server might be unavailable. Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact
your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.'
They are then unable to track emails unless they close Outlook and then open it again. Running Diagnostics doesn't show any issues or running a trace or any errors logged in Event Viewer. The User is still able to use the rest
of the Outlook CRM client and the web client.
Can anyone advise?
