  • I have recently purchased a Genuine Advantage Kit from you in order to remedy what appears to be counterfeit software on my machine.

    Whilst I notice that my credit card has been duly debited, I have do not seem to have received an email confirming the transaction.

    Please would you look into this for me? I can confirm the credit card number and email address used.

    I have been waiting for over a week!

  • wow and I just ordered mine...to have a credit card debited and with zero results in which microsoft promised should be crime just like some people accidently getting duped for having non genuine windows
