Are Second Shot voucers avaialble?

I attempted to get a second shot voucher here:

http://bsf01.com/Microsoft_Vouchers/SecondShot.aspx

I input the required fields and submitted. However all i get back a message that syas "Vouchers presently not available, Please tyr agian alter.

no further explanation. Is this just a site error or are they not available?

I was able to order a voucher so they're still available.
