Mac OS/iPad Access

Question
-
Hi,
Is it possible to view the full version of our Dynamics CRM on a Mac or iPad? We have the latest Dynamics rollup installed and the Macs have the most recent OS upgrades. At the moment Macs and iPads get the mobile express version which is not ideal. We've tried multiple browsers but the same thing happens - is this possible to resolve?
Thanks.Thursday, March 21, 2013 10:15 AM

Hi,
this is the official browser compatibility list:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2784954in fact you can use CRM 2011 with OS X 10.7 or 10.8 and only with Safari
on iPad you need to have iOS 6.x installed (this remove iPad first generation from the supported devices) and only with Safari browser

The new Sales Experience on iPad only works for CRM Online customers that have enabled the new flow UI forms. If you are using CRM on-premise, you'll need to wait until 'Orion' ships later in 2013. Until then, there are some great third-party options from CWR Mobility, Resco and TenDigits.

Seems to work ok on OS X 10.8 and Safari now but the iPads continue to display the mobile express version even with OS 10.6.3 - any ideas?
Thanks

You could always try manually navigating to your CRM url + /main.aspx

Manually navigating to the URL adding main.aspx works - is there a way to stop it redirecting to the mobile version or do we just need to add this every time?
Thanks.
