For the last week or so, my email account keeps giving me an error code number 800CCC0E. I talked to a techie friend and he allowed exceptions on Windows Defender and Windows Firewall (I don't understand it, but he said it might help.) We did not turn anything
off.
I get the error code every time I change from inbox to sent to deleted - almost every time I try to do anything. If I wait, I can sometimes access the emails, but this message keeps coming up again and again. Can anyone help?
