  • Hello Paul JR,

    Here is a snippet of your mgadiag report:

    OGA Data-->
    Office Status: 103 Blocked VLK
    Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003 - 100 Genuine
    Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 - 103 Blocked VLK
    Microsoft Office Professional 2007 - 101 Not Activated

    Your Acer Aspire computer has two installations of Office on it at the moment.  There is a nongenuine volume licensing installation of Office Enterprise 2007, and there is the not yet activated retail license installation of Office Professional 2007.

    You also have a volume licensing installation of FrontPage 2003.  The use of this installation of FrontPage 2003 is a Genuine use only if your use is in association with the organization (such as a business, educational insttution, or governmental agency) that holds the Volume Licensing Agreement that authorizes the use of the Product Key used to do this installation.  Any other use of this product is a nongenuine use.

    First, from the Add or Remove Programs Applet of the Control Panel, uninstall Office Enterprise 2007, then restart twice.

    If your use of FrontPage 2003 is nongenuine, next uninstall FrontPage 2003 and restart.

    Next, open an Office Professional 2007 program such as Word 2007.  At this point you should see the Office Activation Wizard. Follow the prompts to activate normally online.  Restart.

    Next, visit www.micrsoft.com and click on the Validate Office button.  Office Professional 2007 should validate normally.

    Finally, open several Office programs to make sure you no longer see the nongenuine notices.

    If you still see nongenuine notices, please post back for further instructions---in that case, there are remnants of the nongenuine Office installation that we will have to remove.
