Import Error Logs - empty excel export RRS feed

  • Hi team,

    After doing an import, we are trying to export the error rows. The export triggers correctly, but when opening the resulting CSV, the file has the headers but no data. This is happening on all imports, including one's done over 2 years ago.

    The customer is on CRM 2011, rollup 15, and we are using a system administrator login. No error is posted to the event viewer or trace files.

    Has anyone else experience this error?
