    I have windows xp pro and it tells me that this copy did not pass. I have done the magic jelly bean to make sure the code is right and still can't get it fixed. I have lots of issues with this computer. We bought this computer from a friend and it has 2 operating systems on it. Windows xp home and windows xp pro. The windows xp pro is the partition that we have to select the home edition will not load all of the drivers need to get on the internet. What can I do to resolve this problem. The license key on the side of the machine is for windows home edition while the license key that comes up with the magic jelly bean comes up with the windows xp pro edition.

    Hello Tanya,

     

    Is this computer a name brand machine such as Dell, Gateway etc?  If so you should have the recovery CD which came with the computer that will reload the operating system that came with it, in your case Windows XP Home.  You will need to use this recovery cd to reinstall the operating system so you will be using a genuine copy of Windows.  If you are having issues with drivers either missing or not functioning I would recommend you contact the vendor of the machine such as Dell for technical support regarding this issue.  If you have any further questions or concerns please post back here.
