Hi Jim,
My One Care ends in one month. Its telling me I get a free 6 month extension and after that, One Care will not exist. It wants me to update my account info yet says it will not be charged. Do you have any info on this?
Thanks,

Since your subscription is active past the June 30th end of sale date you will be offered a free six month extension. One Care will still be in service beyond that but it will not be available for purchase or renewal.
