Installing OneCare for the second time. RRS feed

    I got one care from futureshop with my laptop and they installed it, and i activated on that laptop, then i exchanged the laptop and when i turned on the laptop i got it says urgent go to help center on the windows one care. I am trying to register this but it wont let me i get this message.

  • Hello janel_0001, you already have an active subscription associated with the janel_0001 Live ID. To activate open One Care and select "Subscribe" or "Activate". When asked to enter a Live ID use the janel_0001 Live ID together with the password originally used to subscribe to One Care. If you have already entered a different Live ID and cannot change it use this tool to clear the Live ID and password fields - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2776450&SiteID=2
