WMP - Needs to completely reload the library after restart RRS feed

    After every time I shut my computer down, it needs to completely reload the library after I go through and manage libraries. I never had this problem before w/ XP or Vista, but so far, this is my only quarrel with Windows 7. Would changing the default save location be enough to correct this problem ?? (And if so, how do you do that?)
