I have recently had to take over management of our company's MS CRM 3.0. I am trying to understand the process of creating a new email queue for our support email. We have one working, but we are changing our domain name, so I need to either get a second email address to go into the existing queue or create a new queue with the new email address.
I created the queue in CRM but haven't successfully gotten the email to arrive in the queue. Does anyone know of a support article that walks a person through creating an email queue (including whatever needs to be done in the rule deployment wizard). If not, can you point me someplace to get some help with this?
I purchased "Working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0" - but it doesn't really give much detail on this topic - just the general principles.
