Should be eligable RRS feed

  • Question

  • I bought this from Cyberpower with Vista pre-loaded, I should be eligable. I know it says retail, but I should not be "punished" on this, as it would be Cyberpower's fault, I held up my end of the requirements.

  • Dear Kadeshi,

From other posts in this forum, it appears that this may be an activation issue. Please try the following:

    1. Right click on your "My Computer" / "Computer" icon and select properties.
    2. Scroll down to the last header, which should be "Windows activation".
    3. If Windows has not yet been activated, do so now.
    4. Try redeeming the offer again.

If this does not resolve the issue, please open a support incident at https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?c1=509&gprid=9860, then post the incident number here and I will contact you directly.

    Thank you,

    Jenifer
