We are on CRM 2011 RU18. When we try to reassign an account throught he user interface we start getting many locks on the crm organization database. Has anyone else run into this issue?
If you have a lots of records you might find that the default rules on the relationships, which cascade ownership to related records such as case, activities, when you reassign the owner of the account is causing the problem
