ADRMS SERVER IS TURNED OFF

  Folks,

  I have implemented ADRMS at my network and it is integrated with exchange 2010, all are working fine and all are ok,

  all e-mails are write protected using HUB Transport rule.

  my question is what will happen if the ADRMS Server failed or turned off, (I still can read old e-mails, but not new e-mails),

  can I configure ADRMS  to work offline? so that users can read new e-mails without referring to ADRMS Server.
