getting a Bad error message when trying to acivate new computer

i'm trying to acivate my onecare on an alt comp and an error comes up of 0020-800706-43 PLEASE HELP

The 0020 error indicates the antivirus component of One Care failed to install. See this Microsoft Knowledge Base article to resolve the issue - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/930162
