  Hello,

  I'd ask Logitech, or in the Windows forum on Microsoft Community.

  In order "to boot from CD/DVD",
  press [Delete] or [F2] or [F12] or some specific key(refer to your user manual) just after PC is turned ON, i.e. enter BIOS setting menu.
  and you'll find boot-order/sequence in the menu and set CD/DVD(optical device) to first.
  
  But I'm wondering why it is necessary for USB keyboard to be setup.
  Some utility for the keyboard would be in CD/DVD? and you want to launch it?
