  • Question

  • Hi all,

My client is a insurance coverage provider. For their claim management process they want to implement MS CRM. The problem is they have different business process for different region of operation. They want one standard application to be deployed and depending upon region the may enable or desable the services as per the region requirement and region business process.

Do we have some architectural support for such kind of situation or any standard architecture for Enrollment, Claim and order management in insurance industry preferably device insurance company.

    Looking forward for your support.

Kindly revert me back on arbind.tiwari@hotmail.com.

  • Hi Arbind,

It should be fairly facile to customize business processes based on the geographical region of the customer. That can be done by implementing bus. processes with workflows in MS CRM and the geographic region identified by the sales territory field on the account form.

You can also localize user interface by using MS CRM language packs.

There isn't an MS CRM v4.0 accelerator that is specific to the insurance industry but you can easily find Microsoft business partners that have experience in implementing MS CRM for the insurance industry.

    Hope this helps,

    Hassan.

I would like to get insighths into how best to customize MS CRM for insurance sector as need to prepare a Case study for the same. Can you please provide me the Policy, Claim and Brokerage handling customizations or new entity iontroductions for the same. Or can I use any system entity and customize it by mapping it to the needs of insurance. Any example would be much help for me.
