Is there a software program that fixes "Could Not Connect All Network Drives"

  I bought several games over "Christmas" and every time I try to play them I keep getting these "Error Messages: Could Not Connect All Network Drives" & the other "Error: Access violation at 0x004C1BCD (tried to read from 0x00000000), program terminated. Since "Microsoft" isn't trying to fix it , someone somewhere is bound to have fixed it.
