New Machines RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am looking for any information I can find about new machines that are planned for the market place other then HP. Not that the HP solution is bad I just know as a developer I am going to do things such as SQL 2005 server, sharepoint etc. The current HP solution might be able to cover all that I just don’t know but I am curious what the future options might be.

Also I am curious if Windows Home Server software itself will be able to be sold as a boxed item that can be installed on a custom machine.

    Thanks!

  • Hi Sean

I try to keep up to date with what's going on the world of WHS Hardware over at http://www.wegotserved.co.uk - http://www.wegotserved.co.uk/whs-hardware/ is a good place to start, but have a dig through and see what's available.

WHS software is available to purchase from online retailers, such as Newegg and buy.com is the US, and dabs.com, novatech.co.uk in the UK.

    It's all on the blog

    Best wishes

    Terry
