Configuring E-mail router with CRM 2011 Online

Question
-
Hi,
I am trying to configure Email router for CRM Online with Exchange. I am getting below error. Any idea?
"The email router configuration manager was unable to retrieve user and queue information from Microsoft Dynamics CRM server. This may indicate that Microsoft Dynamcis CRM server is busy.verify that URL 'https://dev.crm5.dynamics.com/<orgname>' is correct. Additionally this problem can occur if specified access credentials are sufficient. To try again, click Load Data. (LogonIdentityExWithUI())

Hi,
Please check whether "Microsoft CRM Email Router" service is started or not? If not please start the service.
Thanks,

Shaleen,
I fixed this issue by changing URL https://dev to https://disco.
Now When I click on "Test Access" button I am getting this error:
Incoming Status: Failure - The account does not have permission to impersonate the requested user.
Any thoughts?

Hi,
Did you created incoming profile? if yes then the Access credentials should have access to the mailbox which you want to acces. Can you please send me the incoming profile configuration details?
Thanks,
Shaleen

Please see below the red marked username should be the email account not the User Domain name So this should be something like xyz@abc.com:

Now I am getting this error
Incoming Status: Failure - The remote Microsoft Exchange e-mail server returned the error "(401) Unauthorized". Verify that you have permission to connect to the mailbox. The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.

did you gave the same credentials as the email of which you are configuring the email and also make sure that the exchange URL is correct and you emails are on Exchange 2010 only.
Thanks,

Hi,
I have tried to type in your CRM url https://diamondemporiumau.crm5.dynamics.com, it redirects to O365 login page which means you are using O365 CRM.
So you should input the url like https://disco.crm5.dynamics.com/<orgname>
Hope it helps.
